Ultimate Survival Technologies WetFire Stove - Facebook post
Quietly (well not so much) happy with a Facebook post by Ultimate Survival Technologies, they found my blog and posted a link on their fans page.
Bibbulmun Track Trail Maintenace Volunteer
Today I received some very exciting news from the Bibbulmun Track Foundation, I now have a slice of track to maintain along with the White Horse Hills Campsite. I have been on the list since late 2007 and to receive the news was very exciting.
I passed through the area in May 2008 with Andrew Preece (team gunn_parker) while we were walking up from Dwellingup, this was my first real multi day hike along the Bib Track.
The images show a front view of the hut and another looking out at the fire ring and valley in the background
Andrew took some video footage of the hut back in '08, you can find it here on YouTube
If you are a GPS mapper you can find it located here S32 36.540 E116 20.155.jpg)

Ultimate Survival Technologies WetFire Stove
With the weather so bad I haven't managed to get out and do much hiking or gear testing, but I do have a quick YouTube video of the WetFire Stove and Tinder. You can read the rest of the review on Backpackgeartest.org.
